Ongoing scrutiny procedures 2018-2022

The Committee on European Affairs of the Hungarian National Assembly decided unanimously on its meetings of 3 July 2018 and 10 October 2018 to launch scrutiny procedure in regard to the following proposals.

The new Multiannual Financial Framework (2021-2027) of the European Union

The Committee on Economics and the Committee on the Budget were requested to elaborate their opinion on the EU draft at the beginning of the procedure.

The Committee on Budget discussed the above mentioned proposals on its meeting of 25 October 2018, where the opinion of the Committee was adopted.

The Commitee on European Affairs discussed the above mentionned proposals on its meeting of 29 October 2018. The key points of the proposal as well as the state of play of the discussions in the Council working groups were highlighted by the State Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office.

The Committee on Economics discussed the above mentioned proposals on its meeting of 6 November 2018, where the opinion of the Committee was adopted.

The Committee on European Affairs discussed again the proposals on its meeting of 4 March 2019, where the key points of the proposal were highlighted by the State Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office as well as by the Deputy State Secretaries of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry for Technology and Innovation.

The Committee on Economics and the Committee on the Budget were requested to elaborate their opinion on the EU draft at the beginning of the procedure.

The Committee on Sustainable Development was requested to elaborate its opinion on the EU draft at the beginning of the procedure.

The Committee on European Affairs discussed the proposal on its meeting of 15 October 2018. The key points of the proposal as well as the state of play of the discussions in the Council working groups were highlighted by the deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Human Capacities and the State Secretary of the Ministry for Innovation and Technology.

The Committee on Sustainable Development discussed the above mentioned proposal on its meeting of 15 October 2018, where the opinion of the Committee was adopted.

The Committee on European Affairs had the proposal again on its agenda on its meeting of 4 March 2019, where the Committee elaborated its standpoint after that the state of play was highlighted by the Deputy State Secretaries of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry for Technology and Innovation.

Future of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP)

The Committee on Agriculture was requested to elaborate its opinion on the EU drafts at the beginning of the procedure.

The Committee on European Affairs discussed the proposals on its meeting of 4 March 2019, where the key points of the proposal were highlighted by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The Committee on Agriculture discussed the above mentioned proposals on its meeting of 12 March 2019, where the opinion of the Committee was adopted.

The Committee on European Affairs discussed the proposals again on its meeting of 1 July 2019, where the key points of the proposal were highlighted by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The Committee on Economics was requested to elaborate its opinion on the EU draft at the beginning of the procedure.

The Committee on Economics discussed the above mentioned proposal on its meeting of 18 March 2019, where the opinion of the Committee was adopted.

The Committee on European Affairs discussed the proposal again on its meeting of 26 June 2019, where the key points of the proposal were highlighted by the Deputy State Secretaries of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry for Technology and Innovation.

The Committee on Economics was requested to elaborate its opinion on the EU draft at the beginning of the procedure.

The Commitee on European Affairs discussed the above mentionned proposal on its meeting of 13 December 2018. The key points of the proposal as well as the state of play were highlighted by the Head of Department of the Ministry for Innovation and Technology.
